5th Congress of the Paris Appeal: Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance: What is the role of Electromagnetic Fields and Chemicals? - Brussels, 18 May 2015




The ECERI (European Cancer and Environment Research Institute), in partnership with the ARTAC (Association for Research and Treatments Against Cancer) and ISDE (International Society of Doctors for the Environment) is organizing the fifth conference of the Paris Appeal, at the Royal Academy of Medicine in Brussels, Belgium. This international scientific event will be held on May 18, 2015 and will be entitled:

IDIOPATHIC ENVIRONMENTAL INTOLERANCE: WHAT IS THE ROLE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS AND CHEMICALS? 

A focus on Electrohypersensitivity (EHS) and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) The focus will be on hypersensitivity related to electromagnetic fields and chemicals (EHS and MCS). Leading international scientists [Dr. David O. Carpenter, Prof. Dominique Belpomme, Dr. Michael Kundi, Dr. Magda Havas, Dr. Lennart Hardell, Prof. Olle Johansson...] will meet with the aim to provide scientific arguments for the inclusion of these syndromes in the context of Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance, which has already been acknowledged by the WHO.  See program here.

The conference will address the scientific and medical community and also bring together MEPs and NGOs and it will be followed by an Environmental Medicine training, on May 19, 2015.
