Gardasil Vaccine: Overwhelmingly Greater Harm than Good

Gardasil:  Overwhelmingly Greater Harm than Good
Dr. Robert J. Rowen, 15 July 2016

Folks, there is a lot of hot debate regarding Gardisil vaccine. This is the vaccine supposed to crash the risk of HPV induced cancer, including cervix in women, and perhaps pharyngeal in both sexes. I have an abstract for you to read regarding this vaccine.

According to the latest pharmacovigilance data, the incidence of serious adverse reactions to HPV vaccine is 3.2% per year (3,200 cases per 100,000 person-years). This is similar to the incidence rate of serious adverse events within 1.2 years after the first vaccination (annual rate of 2.8%) reported in randomized controlled trials (RCT) for Cervarix.

In Cervarix RCTs, the excess incidence of serious reactions, autoimmune diseases and death after 3.4 years compared with reactions from 1.2 to 3.4 years was respectively calculated to be 4,000 patients, 630 patients and over 100 deaths per 100,000 person-years. These might also occur in Japan. The epidemiological surveys from Europe and North America that Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) used as evidence for safety of the vaccine have flawed methodologies. One study confused prevalence with incidence, and the other two have serious risk of bias attributable to the "healthy vaccinee effect". While there is no evidence yet confirming that HPV vaccination decreases the incidence of and mortality from cervical cancer, assuming that the vaccine could halve cervical cancer mortality, the expected maximum benefit would be 2.0 deaths per 100,000 person-years. Hence, the harm experienced to date is overwhelmingly greater than the benefit expected.

Rowen note:

This is not just alarming, but worse. We have no real evidence the vaccine works as planned. If it works at all, it only protects against infection from a few strains of the virus. So you have no protection from other strains and you may go on thinking that you are protected and behave carelessly. This article presupposes that the vaccine, if it works, might halve your risk of HPV cancer. Even if it accomplished that lofty feat, its risk of harm “is overwhelmingly greater than the expected benefit.”

Now we know that some states have moved to mandate this vaccine. I consider this VICIOUS on the part of government. Nothing less. HPV cannot be casually spread. It requires sexual contact, or perhaps kissing. You cannot cough on someone, like with influenza or measles, and transmit it. So, there is no risk to the public if you are a carrier. So, why should a dangerous vaccine like this be mandated for school attendance? Are the idiots trying to fool youngsters that they are more protected from this venereal disease so with the vaccine they can expose themselves to other diseases through premature sex? What will the government do for the forthcoming gonorrhea transformation to a “superbug”, untreatable by any means?

The same applies for the idiotic hepatitis B vaccine and even tetanus. Neither of these are transmissible. So, where is the legal mandate for these to “protect” other schoolchildren?

I don’t recommend the Gardisil vaccine for anyone. I think the risk is just too high. I also believe the answer to the above points, again, is to follow the money trail. At the end of that trail you’ll find the answers, like at the end of the “yellow brick road”.
