A Wearable, Trackable Phone for Children

"Smart" objects such as Tinitell, a wearable phone for children, emit radiofrequency radiation which is harmful to health. Small children should not be exposed to this type of radiation (also emitted by cell phones, Wi-Fi, tablets...) Read the safety regulations for Tinitell: Note that these never mention that exposure to radiofrequency energy can harm humans:

"Tinitell is a wearable mobile phone and smart locator for kids age 4 and above... This equipment generates and can radiate radio frequency energy and... may cause harmful interference to radio communications... Stop using your device for a while if the device is overheated. If skin is exposed to an overheated device for an extended period, low temperature burn symptoms, such as red spots and darker pigmentation, may occur... Risk of explosion if an incorrect type of battery is used.

Would you allow your 4-year-old to wear such a device?

Tech Tools:: Device allows parents to keep track of their children thanks to its built-in GPS

The Tinitell watch, which has built-in GPS, works as a phone and a way to locate your child.

The age at which children are getting smartphones appears to be getting younger and younger.

The main reasoning behind it often seems to be that parents want to be able to contact their child in an emergency, or give them a way to phone home if they find themselves in a bad situation.

One solution may be the Tinitell. This watch works as both a phone and a way to locate your child, with the ability to make and receive calls to specific numbers and built-in GPS to keep an eye on location.

It’s all built into the rugged, child-friendly watch on their wrist.
