Mobile Waves, the Next International Health Scandal

5G, best or worst for health?
Le qoutidien du médecin hebdomadaire - 9884 - January 29, 2021 - translation

Among mobile operators, competition is fierce on sites, networks and rate plans. Not everyone shares this frenzy, with some warning of the dangers of 5G, while awaiting a forthcoming report from ANSES. Because it is frightening and raises immense expectations, this technology is of double interest to the healthcare world. Our two points of view bear witness to this.

The point of view of Dr. Marc Arazi*

Mobile waves, the next international health scandal

1G, 2G, 3G, 4G and now 5G. A technological revolution that has put radio frequency (RF) waves, those of our cell phones, tablets, connected objects, relay antennas and Wifi at the heart of our lives and our societies.

Judge to FCC: ‘I am Inclined to Rule Against You’
By Children's Health Defense Team, 27 January 2021

During oral arguments Monday in CHD’s landmark case against the FCC, Judges appeared skeptical of the FCC's support for its own findings that cellphones and other connected devices pose no risks to human health.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) held a press conference Tuesday regarding oral arguments Monday in its landmark case against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

United States: DC Circ. Picks Apart FCC Over 5G Wireless Safety Review

DC Circ. Picks Apart FCC Over 5G Wireless Safety Review
by Kelcee Griffis, Law360, Jan 25, 2021

Law360 (January 25, 2021) -- A D.C. Circuit panel on Monday appeared skeptical of the Federal Communications Commission's support for its own findings that cellphones and other connected devices pose no risks to human health.

U.S. Circuit Judge Robert L. Wilkins questioned whether the FCC properly cited two working groups under the Federal Drug Administration's umbrella that are supposed to monitor the possibility of wireless harms, saying the FCC failed to explore how these bodies contributed to the record and to substantiate whether they exist at all.

"I'm just going to be very upfront with why I'm inclined to rule against you," Judge Wilkins said. "Why shouldn't I send it back for the relevant working groups and the FDA to look at this record?"

This special issue of the BERENIS newsletter contains an up-to-date assessment of a possible correlation between oxidative stress and exposure to magnetic and electromagnetic fields and their putative effects on health. For this purpose, relevant animal and cell studies published between 2010 and 2020 were identified and summarized. An extended report presenting these recent studies in more

Is there evidence for oxidative stress caused by electromagnetic fields?

United States: 11,000 Pages of Evidence Filed in Landmark 5G Case Against the FCC, Hearing Set for Jan. 25

The case is being heard by the U.S. Courts of Appeals of the DC Circuit. Oral arguments are scheduled for Jan. 25 at 9:30 a.m. EST. The public can listen to it on YouTube.

11,000 Pages of Evidence Filed in Landmark 5G Case Against the FCC, Hearing Set for Jan. 25

After the FCC last month found no evidence of harm caused by wireless technology, CHD and other groups sued — and included 11,000 pages of evidence refuting the FCC’s conclusion.
By Children's Health Defense Team, 21 January 2021

For decades, the public has been told there is no evidence that wireless technology is harmful. Claims of 5G harms have been dismissed as “conspiracy theory.”

A landmark case against the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) contests these statements and asserts that the harms are proven and that an epidemic of sickness exists.

Recently, the leading environmental and health advocacy organizations that filed the case submitted 11,000 pages of evidence in support of their claims. (Links to the evidence are provided below).

France : A study shows a link between electromagnetic waves and the unexplained deaths of cows

Electromagnetism: towards scientific proof of a danger for humans and animals?
A study showing a link between electromagnetic waves and unexplained deaths of cattle brings water to the mill of a farmer who lost more than 300 cows in four years.

One could have taken this dairy farmer in Allineuc, near Loudéac in the Côtes-d'Armor, for a madman, so much so that what he told seemed surreal. But a recent study, conducted by the scientific committee of a French environmental association, gives solid reasons to believe that Stéphane Le Béchec is not an eccentric.

The Failure of 5G

The failure of 5G
5G was supposed to be a revolution. So far in 2020, it’s not even been a great evolution

By Vlad-Gabriel Anghel, DCPRO, datacenterdynamics.com, 15 December 2020

We are reaching the end of 2020, a tumultuous year that saw us realign our priorities, re-imagine our surroundings and adapt to a new way of living - at least for the duration of the pandemic.

This was supposed to be the year in which 5G hit the big time, with wide rollout, breakneck speeds and huge bandwidth. And while it has appeared in certain instances, it seems that the real world results of 5G are, at best, underwhelming, and at worst offer no improvement over former generations of mobile communications.
