Is EMF-Altered Brain Morphology Increasing School Shootings and Violence?

Is EMF-Altered Brain Morphology Increasing School Shootings and Violence?
QuantaDose Press Releases, quantadose.com, 5 September 2024

School shootings are an alarming trend that leaves communities searching for answers. While the causes of such violence are often attributed to mental health issues, societal influences, or easy access to firearms, there’s a critical environmental factor that has gone largely overlooked: the role of electromagnetic fields (EMFs), particularly from wireless technology, and their impact on brain development and behavior. Could school shootings be an unintended consequence of the wireless age?

This article explores the link between EMF exposure and altered brain morphology, delving into how wireless radiation might be influencing the rise in neurodevelopmental disorders, impulsive behaviors, and violence among today’s youth. The urgent need for updated safety guidelines to protect the future of our children from the bioelectrical disruption caused by EMFs is undeniable.

10 Teens Gave Up Smartphones for a Month. Here’s What Happened
by John-Michael Dumais, childrenshealthdefense.org, 13 August 2024

British journalist Decca Aitkenhead offered a compelling glimpse into how digital detox can transform young lives — and maybe address what social psychologist Jonathan Haidt, Ph.D., calls “the anxious generation.”

In a bold experiment that addresses the growing concerns about smartphone addiction and teen mental health, British journalist Decca Aitkenhead challenged her two teenage sons and eight of their friends to go without smartphones for a month.

The results, published this month in the U.K.’s Sunday Times Magazine, offer a compelling glimpse into how digital detox can transform young lives — and potentially address what author Jonathan Haidt, Ph.D., calls the “anxious generation.”

The Senate passed the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) and the Children and Teens’ Online Privacy Protection Act (also known as COPPA 2.0), the first major internet bills meant to protect children to reach that milestone in two decades. A legislative vehicle that included both KOSA and COPPA 2.0 passed 91–3.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called it “a momentous day” in a speech ahead of the vote, saying that “the Senate keeps its promise to every parent who’s lost a child because of the risks of social media.” He called for the House to pass the bills “as soon as they can.”

KOSA is a landmark piece of legislation that a persistent group of parent advocates played a key role in pushing forward — meeting with lawmakers, showing up at hearings with tech CEOs, and bringing along photos of their children, who, in many cases, died by suicide after experiencing cyberbullying or other harms from social media. These parents say that a bill like KOSA could have saved their own children from suffering and hope it will do the same for other children.

There’s Another Pandemic Raging. It’s Targeting the Young and Online

There’s another pandemic raging. It’s targeting the young and online.

A pandemic rages uncontrolled, a damaging and even deadly plague sweeping across a wide swath of society. The scientific evidence of its dangers is massive and irrefutable. Its worst harm is inflicted on the young, who are the most vulnerable to its contagion, and whose injuries may well prove irreversible with time.

The last time the nation faced such a threat, leaders panicked and overreacted, understandably at first.  But then they failed to course-correct even as the scientific data plainly guided them to do so. Consequently, enormous and tragic collateral damage occurred in the form of other health risks left untreated, more than a year of vital learning lost by schoolchildren, increases in mental illness, drug abuse and suicide, not to mention the destruction of countless businesses and economic livelihoods.

Six Tips for Social Media Immunization

The best way to immunize oneself (or one’s child) from the viral toxic effects of social media have to do with focusing less on the toxin (social media) and more on strengthening one’s psychological immune system. So while it’s always a good idea to both limit and delay a person’s use of social media, it’s critically important to become a modern day Philosopher-Warrior in order to develop the grit and resilience of a Spartan and the critical thinking, curiosity and intellect of an ancient philosopher by adhering to the following tips:

1. BUILD GRIT AND RESILIENCE. According to psychologist Angela Duckworth (the author of “Grit”), we develop grit by leaning in to experiences, and thus allowing ourselves to make mistakes that we can learn from — and we NEVER quit.

Switzerland: Open Letter to Parliament on the Draft Federal Law on Coronaviruses

OPEN letter to the Swiss Parliament

What you still need to know NOW - updated decision-making aids
Draft Federal Law on Coronaviruses put out to consultation by the Federal Council

Letter to Federal Parliamentarians - National and State Councillors
Bern, 23 July 2020 - unofficial translation

(Sent by the Swiss Health Association)

With the start of the fall session, it may well be that the Federal Parliament will take a decision of the greatest consequence for the future of the Swiss people.  Among other things, the Federal Council wishes, for the time being at least, to prolong until 2022 the emergency law measures imposed. It is important to know that the consultation period, normally set at 3 months, has been shortened to 3 weeks, and this, in a general situation of fear, doubts and concerns.  Our world has been completely turned upside down in a very short time.

We have been faced with a very difficult situation, for you too, without any doubt.  We are a group of knowledgeable and committed physicians as well as people from outside the medical community. We are extremely concerned and would like to provide you, in summary, with the following not yet or insufficiently known information from the field of medicine and science to help you in your decision-making process.

Given the unique conditions we are currently facing, we take the liberty of soliciting and sharing with you our concerns, important information and related issues.

Thank you for taking the time to read our open letter!
