And then, last week, while muscle testing a patient who was curious as to how muscle testing works, I had her muscle test her Apple watch. Her testing arm weakened and dropped quite dramatically – enough that she got the message immediately: that her body rejected this technology. I have never had anyone muscle test ‘ok’ with any wireless technology.
We all have an electromagnetic field that exists within and around us. When you introduce an object or being into this field, we can ‘read’ it and our body knows whether it is good or bad, even though most of us do not consciously register a response. Although, on another level we do – when you meet someone and get an ‘odd feeling’ about them or get a ‘bad vibe’ about a situation – you are picking up on this information.
I have written about cell phones before, so I will be brief and simply state that they were recognized as a Class 2B carcinogen in 2011 – and since then, many scientists have published research stating that this radiation is a proven human carcinogen. Cell phones (up to 4G) operate at around 07 – 2.4 GHz; and we know (or should know) that they should not be pressed against our ears. This advice is part of the fine print that comes with your phone. Then along came AirPods and other wireless devices which go directly into our ears and stay there for hours on end. And somehow these are not dangerous? When they emit a frequency of around 2.4 GHz, the same as a phone, we have a very toxic and worrying situation. Now the power that is needed for this technology is in the milliwatts, whereas cell phones operate in the range of watts – however, having the buds inserted into your ear means the radiation is much closer to your brain, and is there for many hours, on average. The important point is that low radiation does not mean it is safe.
Possible health risks include headaches and migraines, disturbed sleep, learning and memory problems, damage to brain cells and DNA breaks – which can potentially lead to tumour development. These risks were recently cited by a large group (~250) of independent scientists who submitted a petition to the WHO regarding the dangerous properties of wireless/blue tooth technology.
The situation is also much more serious for children and teens, as their skulls are still developing and the cranial bones are thinner, providing significantly less protection for the brain.
Before you run and google to ‘fact check’ whether these truly are dangerous, first realize that it is very hard to find accurate or honest information on this topic. This is primarily because a lot of “science” has been hijacked and corrupted to support industry. And in this case, where cell phones and other communication devices fall under the rubric of Big Telecom and its spin-offs, there seems to be a monopoly on ‘facts’. When information-gathering, I prefer sites such as Environmental Health Trust and other not-for-profit groups that are not financially beholden to any industry.
I recognize that it is virtually impossible to function in society and not have a cell phone. However, keep the phone away from your body (this is in the fine print!), and please do not stick it in your pocket. There is a very strong link to infertility and cancer, having your phone ‘on’ and against your body. And, instead of wireless devices, use wired ear buds. Your body will be extremely grateful for this.
