According to the few elements made available via ANFR’s DATA base, all we know is that the “member” SAR tested by the accredited German laboratory Cetecom Advanced showed a significant exceedance, 5.61 W/kg instead of the regulatory limit of 4W/kg.

Following a software update of the phone, a new laboratory test in May 2024 showed a drop in “member” SAR to 3.44 W/kg. In fact, our SAR calculator evaluates actual exposure to the Moto G53 at a minimum of 6.88 W/kg.
