Dr. Brown is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist working for Radiology Partners in Phoenix, Arizona, and for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Hamot campus. Following graduation from Brown University, Dr. Brown received a formal medical education from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Pittsburgh’s Western Pennsylvania Hospital and fellowship at the University of California in San Diego in musculoskeletal radiology.
Over the span of his 30 plus year career, Dr. Rob Brown has worked in private practice and for academic centers, including NYU School of Medicine and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and has written many scientific papers in peer reviewed literature.
An understanding that many diseases are caused by environmental toxins inspired Dr. Brown to venture out of the radiology reading room in 2018 with his book, Toxic Home/Conscious Home, in which he researched, catalogued and explained the health impacts of common toxins and toxicants found within our own homes.
Since then, he has focused his effort to better understand and educate others to understand the obscure but profound health effects caused by electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation, drawing upon experiences from his medical career and his background in radiation physics.
Dr. Brown serves as the Vice President of Scientific Research and Clinical Affairs for the Environmental Health Trust, a non-profit think tank promoting a healthier environment through research, education, and policy.
