Effects of Wireless Technologies on People, Animals, and Bees

ONE OF OUR POPULAR POSTS: This is a particularly appealing article, especially the last part about the harmful effects of cordless DECT phones on animals.

"Today, the natural information and functional system of humans, animals and plants has been superimposed by an unprecedented dense and energetic mesh of artificial magnetic, electrical and electromagnetic fields, generated by numerous mobile radio and wireless communication technologies. The consequences of this development have also been predicted by the critics for many decades and can now no longer be ignored. Bees and other insects disappear, birds avoid certain areas and are disoriented in other locations. Humans suffer from functional disorders and diseases. And those that are hereditary are passed on to the next generation as existing defects.”

That's the sobering conclusion of years of research by Dr. Ulrich Warnke, an internationally renowned scientist from the University of the Saarland, in his recent report, "Bees, Birds and Mankind – destroying nature by electrosmog".

A dog's life because of the mobile phone antenna

Animals know nothing about electrosmog. They are just get sick from it. What effects do mobile phones, cordless phones and cell phones have on the health of dogs, cats, horses and cows ?

Today, we are not taught to understand nature, but to analyze, modify, and destroy it. Its inherent wisdom is perceived and appreciated by only a few people. Instead, people are mainly interested in quick profit and convenience. The warning of Viktor Schauberger that one must understand nature, then copy it, not destroy it, is more relevant than ever.

Nature is the expression of a vision, a thoughtful, detailed, scheduled task, based on principles that are valid everywhere in the visible and invisible realm, in the macro- and microcosm. Modern science tries to solve the mystery of life through detailed research and analysis, ignoring the fact that the whole is always more than the sum of its parts.

Nature is an example. She shows us the laws of life. She shows us what is good for us and what makes us ill. Although we constantly have this perfect example in mind, today's science and economy enter with their own "laws" against nature and feeling proud to be able to win.

Every day we are destroying nature by interfering with it through unnatural techniques. For example, plants and animals suffer quietly under the impact of mobile communications and related technologies. Nature produces and knows nothing about microwaves generated by alternating current, thus she cannot deal with them. And so, the destruction of forests has much more to do with microwaves than with CO2 and acid rain.

The instinct of a flock of birds and whales is disturbed. They get lost or stranded and die. Many species of birds are breeding increasingly rarely and threatened by extinction. Here, mainly effects on cats, dogs, birds, cattle, bees and horses will be discussed. Practical case studies will show us what we are doing every day to our beloved pets.

Although animals do not know that microwaves are dangerous, they suffer from their effects. Animals are neither hysterical nor malingerers. So they are the best subjects for the allegedly not yet proven side effects of mobile phones and the like. Animals cannot lie, they do not play-act in front of us. They just get sick and die.

From bees to people

That's the sobering conclusion of years of research by Dr. Ulrich Warnke, an internationally renowned scientist from the University of the Saarland, in his recent report, "Bees, Birds and Mankind – destroying nature by electrosmog".

The bio-scientist knows the electromagnetic balance of nature like few others. In his study, which launched a new series of brochures by independent scientists, doctors and engineers, he shows how wisely and sensitively nature has used electric and magnetic fields in the creation of life. Just as impressive, he demonstrates how irresponsible we are today in intervening in this natural balance. According to him, man of today is, in the course of a few decades, destroying what nature has built up over millions of years through for instance, cell phones.

Dr. Ulrich Warnke explained in the introduction to his book: “The destruction of the foundations of life has already wiped out many species forever. Since this extinction of species mostly affected ecological niches and hardly over our own lives, most of us were not interest. But now, the endangerment of animals is also threatening the survival of man in a new and unexpected way. Animals that depend on the natural electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic fields for their orientation and navigation through earth0s atmosphere are confused by the much stronger and constantly changing artificial fields created by technology and fail to navigate back to their home environments. Most people would probably shrug this off, but it affects among others, one of the most important insect species: the honeybee

Because the bee happens to be the indispensable prerequisite for fruitification. Without bees, fruit, vegetable, and agricultural crops will fall short.”

"If the bee disappears from the earth, then man will only live four more years. No more bees, no more pollination, no more plants, no more animals, no more mankind," Albert Einstein once wrote.

Worker bees do not return to the hive, where the queen together with the brood perishes. The science of this phenomenon already has a name: Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD), which describes a hitherto unexplained disturbance in the behavior of bees [1]. Meanwhile Switzerland, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and also Austria, Germany, South Tyrol, Spain, and Poland report unusual losses. 25 to 50 percent of American beekeepers reported losses due to CCD. Within half a year, from 50 to 90 percent of their bees had disappeared. The rest of the population was so weak that it could hardly produce honey. In the U.S., massive bee deaths have been recorded. There, large trucks have recently been hired with hives from far away for a lot of money to make these bees pollinate the fields out of necessity. They have been removed far from nature. Already in 2006, U.S. honey production fell by 11 percent. In Switzerland, the situation looks similar.

In research you will find various causes which cannot satisfactorily explain the occuring phenomena: Severe winters do not seem to have been decisive. Switzerland does not have genetically modified plants whose pollen harms bees. Monocultures, to the extent as they exist in America, also are not found in Switzerland. Toxic pesticides have been in use for several decades.

The Austrian Federal Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water wrote in April 2006 to the National Councilor Andreas Khol: "Scientific studies have shown that low-frequency electromagnetic fields can have negative effects on bees. (...) Studies revealed that bees produce strong electric fields of about four kilovolts per meter, for example, directly under a 380 kV high voltage transmission line, producing less honey and having increased mortality. "

Prof. Ferdinand Ruzicka, beekeeper and author of articles in various beekeeping journals, through his own observations and surveys of beekeepers, has gathered extensive information: "Problems have been emerging since several transmitters were built in the vicinity of my apiary." According to Ruzicka’s observations, bee colonies are so weakened by cell phone radiation that they are susceptible to various diseases, which can also contribute to the collapse of colonies.

Bees are very similar to butterflies, also very fragile creatures, whose numbers have fallen dramatically in recent years. According to Dr. Ruzicka, 15 years ago colonies could cope with a much higher infestation of Varroa mites than today.

A veterinarian sounds the alarm

The Swiss veterinarian Christian Métraux from Wabern reported on his experience with cordless telephones and Internet connections and their effect on pets. High electromagnetic frequencies are generated by cordless telephones (DECT) and wireless Internet and computer networks (WLAN). With few exceptions, DECT phones produce electromagnetic waves nonstop, day and night, spread all over the apartment, even when the phone is not in use or when the handset is placed on its base. Wi-Fi access points continue to send their impulses, as long as they are switched on.

Métraux: "The problem is less the actual exposure than its accumulation over a longer period. This also explains why most manufactures say there is no connection between real, current symptoms and the time of purchase of this technology. Many symptoms appear gradually and are not immediately noticeable. The unnoticed congestion becomes already quite advanced and deep, causing acute suffering suddenly out of nowhere. "

The long-term risk of high-frequency radio technology is still little known or played down. Many believe that “only” the phone was harmful. "In my practice, I treat animals with medicine and acupuncture. It's basically my aim is to make an accurate diagnosis, to seek the cause of a disease, so that treatment can be accurately applied. Purely symptomatic treatment cannot eliminate the cause, but may help temporarily. As part of the therapy, however, rapid removal of the disturbing cause should be a top priority. "

The following examples illustrate that electromagnetic radiofrequencies may be either the actual cause of disease and or an obstacle to therapy.

Electrosmog makes animals sick

The following examples are taken from the daily practice of Christian Métraux. The veterinarian reported: A dog was lame for six months on his forelegs and hind legs. The diagnosis showed acupuncture points which are typical for exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic pollution. Once the cordless phone was removed, the lameness disappeared. The healing process was enhanced by acupuncture treatment. Unfortunately, the dog suffered a relapse when he went on holiday at a family who had a DECT phone in the apartment. Three days after returning to his trouble-free home, the symptoms were gone.

The owner of the dog had suffered for seven years from strong head and joint pain (elbow, shoulder joint and finger). The doctor who treated him for osteoarthritis, as well as a natural doctor who prescribed drinking treatments were unsuccessful. With the DECT phone removed, most of the complains of this woman disappeared completely after two months, with only a headache occurring now and then.

Electromagnetic radio frequencies as an obstacle to therapy: A horse was suffering from chronic lameness, originating from the right ankle. Classical acupuncture was successful, but only temporarily after four treatments. X-rays could not detect osteoarthritis. At each session, the same, typical acupuncture points had been repeatedly disrupted, showing in my experience exposure to high-frequency electromagnetic pollution. Only when the DECT phone in the house was removed, did the symptoms disappear within a few days, without any further therapy for the horse. Since then, the horse has not relapsed.

The owner of the horse had a DECT phone for two years. A year after its purchase, he experienced severe upper jaw pain under the right eye. Seeing a dentist and eye doctor, acupuncture, and a change of lenses were not successful as a solution. Two days after the DECT phone was removed, the almost unbearable pain suffered by the owner progressively regressed to soon completely disappear.

Electromagnetic radio frequencies interfere with the gland function: A young dog suffered from chronic diarrhea and thyroid disorders. Various therapies were unsuccessful. Once home, with the cordless phone removed temporarily, the dog was healthy. After discontinuation of hormone therapy, two more blood samples taken at intervals of 14 months confirmed that the thyroid was working properly again. The DECT phone was never plugged in again; the diarrhea never occurred again.

Electromagnetic radio frequencies also lead to acute, sudden discomfort, as the following example shows: A horse had an acute and painful swelling in the right hip area. After three weeks of unsuccessful therapy, the horse was to be slaughtered. Since the typical characteristics of acupuncture were available, as a last resort, we had the owner remove his DECT phone and discharge the electrosmog on the acupuncture points. And lo and behold: there was rapid and lasting success. The horse is now functioning normally again and participates in exhibitions!

A guinea pig was suffering from acute paralysis of the hindquarters. No wonder, there was a DECT transmitter in the home where it lived. Discharging by means of acupuncture already in practice showed immediate improvement. The animal also suffered no relapse, since the owners of the DECT phone replaced it the same day with a classical fixed phone.

Electromagnetic radio frequencies lead to incurable skin and eye diseases: A cat went for a year to a veterinarian for a skin disease treatment in the outer ear. Many ointments and treatments were unsuccessful. A few days after the removal of the DECT phone, the skin wound started to heal, and then the cat fully recovered. A second cat in the house has since then been significantly less aggressive.

The veterinarian Christian Métraux gives the following additional electrsomog-practice examples from his experience and provides advice to concerned pet owners on what to do. In addition, in this article we mention studies on the (not so) mysterious death of cattle on farms with cellular antennas, as well as crippled chicks and the sobering inferences that renowned researchers draw from it.

The reason for the mysterious bee deaths - or rather disappearance - of entire colonies of bees – is very likely the ever-increasing mobile technology, check out our issue No. 55.
