Following is the filing of Motorola including legal proceedings.

Damages cited in these proceedings include:
- failure to incorporate a remote headset into cellular phones or warning against using a phone without a headset rendered the phones defective by exposing users to alleged biological injury and health risks
- use of a cellular phone caused a malignant brain tumor
-  defendants provided false and misleading information about cell phones or omitted to disclose material information
- defendants failed to disclose the alleged "debate" related to the safety of wireless phones reflected in studies that allegedly show wireless phones can cause harm. 

Some of the plaintiffs are seeking damages of up to $100 million.

Electromagnetic Fields: High-Level Microwave Technology Concerns

Dr. Michrowski is President of the Ottawa-based Planetary Association for Clean Energy Incorporated, an international, interdisciplinary scientific society, concerned with such issues as: electromagnetic pollution, advanced clean energy technologies, ozone depletion, climatic changes and reutilization of waste biomass.

We are subject to a significant amount of litigation, which could require us to pay significant damages or settlements.
Our business faces a substantial amount of litigation, including, from time to time, patent infringement lawsuits, antitrust class actions, wage and hour class actions, personal injury claims and lawsuits relating to our advertising, sales, billing and collection practices.
In addition, our wireless business also faces personal injury and consumer class action lawsuits relating to alleged health effects of wireless phones or radio frequency transmitters, and class action lawsuits that challenge marketing practices and disclosures relating to alleged adverse health effects of handheld wireless phones. We may incur significant expenses in defending these lawsuits. In addition, we may be required to pay significant awards or settlements. 

Sense of Smell and Sight Perturbed in Ants Exposed to GSM Radiation: Study at Université Libre, Brussels

The European editors of two international journals refused to publish this Belgian study which shows serious perturbations in the olfactory and visual memories of ants exposed to electromagnetic radiation similar to that surrounding GSM and communication masts. The American journal, “Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine” accepted the study for publication in June 2012. You can’t take the mobile industry to court because it is too powerful.

“Insurance companies started putting in policies if your illness can be linked to electromagnetic fields, there is no coverage.  Lloyds started that in 2000-2001, followed by SwissRe.  Private health insurance has also put this in their policies now. 

“This is why I think when we get to court in America and children are already getting sick from this and there’s no insurance and you are the decision-maker, I’ll take you to court and have your house and car and land and you don’t realize that.  We have a case here where a farmer is being sued for 5.2 million pounds when he had a transmitter put up on his farm and it made people ill in the surrounding houses.  There is another one where councilors followed the law and we had leukemia clusters around a transmitter.  The councilors are being taken to court and there’s no insurance.  If these people lose, they lose everything they stood for.

“Same case in America.  If the school is found guilty, the school insurance won’t touch it and it’ll be the people who signed the document and authorized the Wi-Fi.  They’ll be sued and lose everything.

Interview with Barrie Trower, Microwave Expert: Part 8 - This is the first generation of children who will die before their parents

In 2003, Leif Salford conducted studies on the blood-brain barrier (BBB).  When he came out with the results, he said “it’s the biggest biological experiment on living organisms and human beings ever.  Stress is a very profitable market, and stress and depression will become the biggest causes of illness.”

Julius remarked that he has been trying to wake up people about burnout, stress and depression because he’s seen the increase coming along with all the new technologies on the market.  Most people are in a chronic stress situation due to microwaves.

“The blood-brain barrier,” says Trower, “is like a fishing net around the brain and it’s full of small holes.  It has no joint and it takes about a year and a half to form in a baby.  The same material is around other organs in the body and what it does in the brain is to allow all the things that have to come in and out of the brain.  It allows the toxins and poisons out and the good bits in.  It keeps the toxins in the blood out and keeps them from poisoning the brain.

“When microwaves come across this, they weaken this and the holes get bigger.  So now you have toxins in the body going into the brain and other organs and that can lead to all sorts of neurological and pathological diseases.

Schools are under pressure

Schools are in a difficult position as they are under pressure to incorporate ICT (information and communication technology) more fully into the curriculum.  They are being encouraged to consider Wi-Fi due to the ease of installation and the money saved as a result.  The idea that children and staff can use computers at any time and anywhere on the school grounds is an attractive one.  But this is only attractive if the technology is safe.  Schools need to weigh up the risks from wireless technologies suggested in the scientific literature, the calls for action made by the European Environment Agency, International Commission for Electromagnetic Safety, the Bio-Initiative report and others and address the concerns of parents and staff.  Are the educational advantages of wireless computers over similar wired-up ones worth the potential effects on health and development?

Schools need to be safe places for children and young people and provide safe working conditions for their staff.

Julius remarks that in 1993, he had a mobile phone and whenever he passed a tower it made a noise.  He said to himself, this isn’t right.  “Since then, every time I see a mobile tower, the word Nazi comes to mind.”

Professor Luc Montagnier Explains the Action of Electromagnetic Fields on the DNA of Viruses and Bacteria (including Lyme Disease)
